User's Personal Information: Any information that the User provides about themselves during registration (Profile creation) or while using the website, including personal data of the User, information that is automatically transmitted to the Website Administration during the use of the website through software installed on the User's device, including IP address, information from cookies, information about the User's browser, and other data about the User.

Depending on the context, the term "Website" may also refer to the website's software, design (graphic design), the database, any section (subsection) of the website, as well as the Information posted on the website by the Website Administration and Users. All exclusive property rights to the website belong to the Website Administration.
Spam: Email and other mailings of advertising, informational, promotional, or other content received without the recipients' consent.
Any terms and definitions used in this User Agreement but not listed in the "Terms and Definitions" section shall be interpreted in accordance with their meaning derived from the text of this User Agreement. In the event of any discrepancies regarding the interpretation of a term or concept used in the User Agreement, the interpretation determined by the Website Administration shall apply.
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Rules") establishes the rules and conditions for using the Website and posting Information on it. It represents a contract between the User and the Website Administration, which replaces all previous agreements between the User and the Website Administration.
Accessing the Website, using the Website, and/or performing any other actions on the Website by the User signifies that the User accepts and agrees to comply with all the terms of this Agreement. The User also undertakes not to limit the display of such advertisements or announcements by making changes to HTML/CSS or by other means. By using the Website, the User acknowledges the right of the Website Administration to place such advertisements without prior notice and without any compensation to the User or other users. The nature and quantity of the advertising displayed on the Website are determined and changed at the discretion of the Website Administration. Correspondence and business relations with advertisers or participation in advertising campaigns conducted by advertisers, including payment, delivery, including the conditions, guarantees, and presentations of relevant services or products mentioned in or found as a result of such relations, create rights and obligations exclusively between the User and the advertiser. Each registered User has their unique login and password required for authorization on the Website. These individual login and password are intended solely for this registered User.
The User agrees not to disclose, not to transfer their login and password to third parties, and to make every effort to ensure that their login and password are not available to third parties. An individual login and/or password provide access to sections of the Website available only to registered Users, as well as to personal pages of the Website intended exclusively for this User.
If anyone other than the User logs into the Website using the User's login and password, all actions taken by such person will be considered as actions taken by this User. The User is solely responsible for all actions taken by them on the Website, as well as for all actions taken on the Website by any other persons using the User's login and password.
The registered User is solely responsible for the security of their login and password, as well as for all consequences that may arise as a result of their unauthorized and/or other use.
In case of unauthorized use of their login and password or suspicion of such use, as well as in case of any violations or suspicions of violation of the confidentiality of their account, the User must immediately notify the Website Administration.
The Website Administration is not responsible for any possible loss or damage to Information that may occur due to User violation of the provisions of this section of this Agreement.
When processing the User's Personal Information, the Website Administration commits to take all organizational and technical measures to protect the User's Personal Information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions by third parties. However, it is possible that due to a Website malfunction, viral or hacker attacks, technical failures, and other circumstances, the User's Personal Information may become accessible to other individuals. Although the Website Administration requires minimal information from the User during registration and authorization on the site, the User, at their discretion and desire, may add personal data and agrees that their Personal Information contained in the User's Profile is public, and any Website User can access it.
The User agrees that the Website Administration collects, stores, and performs other actions with the processing of the User's Personal Information for the following purposes:
The User confirms that by posting their Personal Information on the Website, they do so voluntarily and that they voluntarily provide this information to the Website Administration. The Website Administration does not intend to collect information that is considered personal data under applicable law unless such information is voluntarily provided by the User. The Website Administration provides the User with the opportunity to post Information on the Website but assumes no responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the Information posted by the User on the Website.
Links to any other website, product, work, or service, Information of a commercial or non-commercial nature posted on the Website by the User and/or as advertisements, do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of such Information by the Website Administration.
The Website Administration may, at its discretion, refuse to post and/or delete any Information that the User intends to post/has posted on the Website.
The User may use the Website only in accordance with this Agreement and solely by those methods provided by the technical capabilities of the Website.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
This Agreement is drawn up in the Russian language and may be provided to the User in other languages in some cases. In case of discrepancies between the Russian version of the Agreement and the version of the Agreement in another language, the provisions of the Russian version of this Agreement shall apply.
In the event of inaction by the Website Administration in case of User or other Users' violations of the provisions of this Agreement, the Website Administration reserves the right to take appropriate actions to protect its interests at any time. Inaction does not constitute a waiver by the Website Administration of its rights in case of similar and/or similar violations in the future.
This Agreement may be amended by the Website Administration without any special notice, and the new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Internet unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. If, after such changes to the Agreement, the User continues to use the Website, the User thereby confirms their agreement with the changes.
