Refund Policy
By making a payment, the user confirms their agreement that after a successful payment, they will not initiate disputes or make claims against payment aggregators.

Refunds are made exclusively to the details from which the payment was made (bank card or e-wallet).

A refund request can be submitted within 48 hour's from the date of placing an order or replenishing the balance.

In the event of suspicious activity or fraudulent actions, the user's subscription may be suspended without prior notice.

A refund request is accepted by the user contacting the support service of the relevant bot.

Refunds are made to the payment system selected by the user when submitting a refund request.

We are not responsible for possible fees charged by payment aggregators when refunding funds. The user is notified of possible fees at the time of submitting a refund request.
